All the reservations made online in our web, we'll request for the credit card details: Number, Expiration date and CVV number, as a warranty.

Payments will be made at the time of check in, with a card or in cash. In case the reservation is of long duration from 10 days will be a charge of 30% for the warranty.
Cancellations: the cancellation is free on charge 2 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we'll chare you the first 2 nights.

- Please note that the check-in starts at 13:30PM and the check out must be before 11:30AM
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
